    EUROVISION. Each year, Norway takes part in a European competition called Eurovision, which Norwegians refer to as “Grand Prix.”  This competition begins with Norwegian artists competing to be the representative from Norway. Then the winner competes against performers from the other participating countries. The competition began in 1965 and to date has included 51 countries. The 2014 contest was viewed by just under 200 million people.

    Norway has won only three times. Watch their winning performances on the YouTube videos below to find out the name of the band and the song title that won.

    • The first win came from the Norwegian band for their song “ ” in 1985.

      The second win came for the band and their song “ ” in 1995.

      And the latest winner was with “ ” in 2009.

The 3rd edition of Sett i gang 1 has arrived with more to come!

Sett i gang 1 textbook (ISBN: 9798387283505):

The third edition of the Sett i gang 1 textbook was released on May 17th on Amazon. Sett i gang 2 will be released on June 23. The price of the textbooks will increase slightly to $62.99 for the print books.

Sett i gang web portal:

The third edition of the Sett i gang web portal will go live in June and have a fee of $10 per user. This will provide access to the portal for two years from the time of enrollment. The fee will cover the costs of web hosting, themes, plugins, and work by our web consultant. The portal will be down for a week in June while these updates are being made.
