    WOMEN IN BUSINESS. A law was passed in Norway in 2003, requiring private corporations to ensure that at least 40% of their executives are women. At the time the law was passed, women held about 7% of these positions. Many political and economic analysts believe that Norway’s strong economy during the recent recession is partially to due to this change. Watch the video below for more information.
