SEAFOOD. The average Norwegian consumes approx. 23 kilos (50.7 pounds) of seafood and 50 kilos (110 pounds) in animal proteins annually. However, overall Norwegians consume only about one tenth of the seafood produced in Norway and export the rest. What ratio of seafood to animal proteins do you consume?
